Sunday School Classes
Wilma Keith, Superintendent; Tina
Dixon, Assistant Superintendent
NURSERY:
A place in our Church where the very young learn how to put into
practice the love of sharing that Christ teaches us.
PRE-SCHOOL:
Our pre-school children not only listen
to stories and videos about our Savior, but also do arts and crafts
to help them understand what they’ve heard.
1ST – 3RD GRADE:
The lessons we learn as adults are taught
here in a way for these young eager minds to learn and retain.
4TH – 6TH GRADE:
As these young people approach young adulthood,
they are taught lessons on how to deal with problems they will be
facing.
7TH – 8TH GRADE:
The lessons learned here are those for
young teenagers and are taught in a way they can relate. They
learn skills and lessons here to take with them into the high
school years.
TEENS FOR CHRIST:
This is a class for high school students
and touches every facet of their lives. The students in this class
learn how to cope with stresses and pressures of high school life
while keeping Jesus as their focus.
YOUNG ADULTS:
This is a class for young career oriented
men and women. Some are single and some are married with small children.
ADULT #1:
This is a class with ages ranging from 40
to 60 and is a mixture of both men and women. This class discusses
the problems we face on a daily basis and resources the Bible for
solutions.
ADULT #2:
This is a class with ages ranging from 40+
and is a mixture of both men and women. The class is much the same
as Adult #1, just a different age group.
YOUNG AT HEART:
This is a class of women only ranging in
age from 50+. It is a wonderful class and perhaps because it is
a “women-only” class, is sometimes more open.
